Hello and Welcome to Domacom

Our mission is to help senior Australians enjoy a comfortable retirement using the equity in their home to help fund it rather than eat into your superannuation or sell other investments at a loss in this difficult time.

Senior Equity Release offers flexible options for funding and release which can be in the form of a lump sum payment or regular monthly or quarterly payments depending on which best suits your needs.

It is not a loan via a Reverse Mortgage, but a partial sale of your home to one or more property investors that enables you to stay in your home with full and permanent right of abode, retaining the title and having the flexibility to stay put or rent it out.

Property Investors may be family and friends, individual property investors or institutions such as super funds.

To help us gauge demand for this type of equity release we are asking a few simple questions of you.
