By joining with other people you can add your investment and gain exposure to a commercial property in proportion to the amount you contribute (relative to other investors in the acquisition of a property by a sub-fund of the DomaCom Fund). A sub-fund of the DomaCom Fund acquires the property and the title is held by a custodian. You will be issue units in the sub-fund in proportion to your investment in the sub-fund relative to other investors. DomaCom provides an online liquidity facility enabling you to trade your units on assuming there are willing buyers and sellers.

Once sufficient funds have accumulated our advisers will identify suitable properties and you will be notified to make a bid if you’re happy with the selection. You can do this online or via our client service team.
When you have lodged your bid and the campaign is filled, you will receive a Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement outlining the offer to invest in a specific sub-fund of the DomaCom Fund that will acquire a specific property which will contain all information required for you to make a decision.
You are not bound to proceed with your bid amount for a crowdfunding campaign until you accept the offer contained in the Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (SPDS).
