The DomaCom Fund is an ASIC registered Managed Investment Scheme (MIS) that enables you to create a syndicate like/fractional investment structure for your clients to acquire one or more properties as chosen by you, your clients or a property adviser. This gives your clients greater choice and you the ability to control asset allocation. DomaCom’s online trading platform also helps you control liquidity when individual clients need to exit. DomaCom manages the due diligence process and provides regular reports and annual valuations. It is an ASIC requirement that financial advisers be accredited to advise on the DomaCom Fund.  Accreditation attracts 4.25CPD points and is funded by DomaCom.
